Large stately oak trees provide acorns for fall and winter food. Food plots provide proper nutrition and encourage wildlife to stay around.

You must be 21 to make reservations.
Deposit of 30% required to reserve cabin. Balance due 14 days prior to arrival. Pay with check, credit card, CashApp, Venmo or PayPal. We must have a credit card number in case of loss or damage to property. Your card will not be charged if there is no damage. In case you need to cancel, we will be reasonable with refunds if we can rent it to someone else. A few days before your arrival, we will send you the code for the door and additional info.

Antler Ridge Policies
Check in 4 PM, check out 12 noon (11 AM at Hideaway), unless other arrangements are made. We are flexible, just ask.
No smoking in cabin. Well trained pets $50/stay. We provide linens, towels, coffee and tea.
An advance payment equal to 30% of the rental rate is required when reservation is made. Balance of rent is due 14 days prior to arrival.
We accept check, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp. Rates subject to change without notice.
Once you have placed your reservation deposit, we will email you a confirmation. A few days before your arrival we will send you the code for the door.
In lieu of a security deposit, we will require a credit card number when you reserve. No charge will be made to your credit card with regard to damage provided the following provisions are met:
1. No damage is done to cabin or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
2. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers outside. Garbage placed in outside containers must be bagged and lids secured on cans.
3. All soiled dishes are washed and stored in cupboard. Please start a load of laundry.
4. There is no evidence of smoking or pet damage inside cabin.
5. Please turn thermostat down to 65 degrees when you leave. In summer turn air conditioner to 75.
6. Cabin is locked upon your departure. Please close gate also.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations for cabin rental that are cancelled more than two weeks prior to your stay, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than two weeks, but more than five days prior to the reservation will receive a 40% refund. All credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% Cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellation or changes decreasing head count made within 10 days of your arrival date will not be refunded. We will be reasonable with refunds if we can rent the cabin for the time you had reserved.
